Moving slowly with the intention of cultivating strength, flexibility and overall expansion along the spine and throughout your entire being. Dedicated to the lotus of the heart, we take time out to connect to our inner rhythm and move through Hridaya Namaskar, a radiant backbending heart salutation. Drawing upon the Prana Flow® methods of pulsing, body and rhythmic vinyasas we deepen our understanding of energetic alignment and our heart, mind connection. By massaging Anahata, the heart chakra, tension in the neck and shoulder blades begin to dissolve and the sternum can freely reach towards the heavens, elongating the spine, creating space in the side waist and giving permission for our love-light to shine! Dive deep into the wisdom of Prana Flow® wave sequencing and challenge yourself with different kramas / stages of evolution for bending backwards, as we set up a stable foundation in the sacrum and spine along with engaging the core in a soft but active way. This workshop is suitable for all levels and includes blissfully long counter poses, supportive partner work, a loving kindness meditation and much more!
