Martina will guide you to use Tantric practices to open the heart, to come into deeper inner connection. In a world that is often busy and overly full, we need to consciously cultivate space for stillness, space where we can hear both the murmurings and the roar of our hearts.

You will experience practices that enhance your ability to listen to your heart, to come into deeper union with your feeling self, to eliminate the conflict that happens when you override your feelings and desires. The workshop will include individual and partnered activities for opening the heart.
