"Sexuality is such a big topic, and it is a world where people often get lost and confused. Attempting to have their partner be responsible for their desire or lack of desire, when desire arises from within.

Each man and woman can discover the powerhouse of sexual energy that lives inside of them. Sexuality is the pulsating, radiating, vibrant force of life energy that awakens from within - it is your life force energy. Another person may be the catalyst, however, cultivating and maintaining that energy is a possibility available to every individual.

Be guided with tantric practices that support you to feel more connected to yourself and your body. Through opening your sexuality, you will experience an enhanced sense of wellbeing, increased aliveness everyday and deeper inner union, and a deepening sense of your own inner masculine and inner feminine.

Martina will provide practices that you can easily replicate at home, solo or with a partner. During the workshop you will be fully clothed and be able to work within your boundaries.
