 AcroYoga For Life is a system that involves acrobatics, yoga, personal development, goal 
setting and team building .
A new take on fitness where we challenge the mind and body to create personal change 
and improvement that challenges participants to find their edge by pushing beyond their 
comfort zone and breaking thru personal obstacles. 
The movement drills focus on body alignment, core strength, balance. 
Acroyoga includes a lot of inversions that make it a unique exercise experience that works 
the whole body and builds stamina and strength.
The sophisticated partner and group conditioning drills allow people to physically develop 
and master skills more rapidly than training alone . 
And the group and team atmosphere adds an extremely fun and social element that will 
keep you coming back for more. 
Life skills like trust and perseverance are woven thru the physical challenges. 
This allows participants to reflect broadly on the class material and incorporate the benefits 
of this activity into their life as a whole, increasing self confidence.
Similar to activities like martial arts or having a personal trainer.

lasting results from developing the body from the inside out .
