I grew playing the sax but fell in love with the bamboo flute on my first trip to India in 1997,a trip that changed my life forever.
I played with OKA for about 12 years from 2001-2013, we travelled the globe and recorded 6 albums together - an amazing time of journeying and discovery.
After that I needed a change of pace and spent most of my time on the island of Bali playing mostly with Kevin James Carroll, rediscovering my connection with kirtan and the rejuvenation of life in the slow lane. I played many kirtans and the Bali Spirit Festival in 2013 & 2014. (pictured below)
While there I connected with Xavier Rudd, jamming, surfing and exploring new dimensions, which led to joining his band The United Nations. We recorded an album called Nanna and toured the World extensively in 2015, performing 120 gigs from March to November.
Now I'm playing solo, creating devotional soundscapes with bamboo flutes, acoustic guitar, slide guitar, mantras and a looper. I'm recording my first album in this style and look forward to sharing that with you and playing for you live somewhere around this amazing planet, with love Krisna.
