Libby is a dedicated yoga practitioner trained in the Satyananda and Iyengar (Restorative Yoga) traditions. She is the founder of, and principal teacher at RESTORE YOGA in Byron Bay – offering therapeutic yoga for people recovering from illness and trauma.
In 2016 Libby completed her first book entitled, 108 Ways 108 Days How I Save the World, which is a picture book that promotes the basic principles of yoga and Ayurveda as stabilizing and wellness tools for people in times of change.
Libby is also qualified Doula (natural birth attendant) and Bio Dynamic Breath Work Practitioner, with additional training in Nature Philosophy, Deep Ecology and Shamanic Healing
